At Namaste' Yoga Studio, we celebrate the ancient practice of integrating the mind, body and the breath. The practice of yoga helps to deepen self-understanding, develop strength and flexibility, and invites you to connect with your spirit.
We welcome students of all levels! We offer classes in yoga basics, at the intermediate level, and for those needing a restorative/gentle practice (perfect for stress relief). We also offer Yin Yoga where stretches are long and slow - this practice is valuable to athletes and runners who want to maintain flexibility.
